Wellness & Support Programs

We offer a range of programs designed to strengthen our community and support every stage of life. Whether you’re looking to stay active, connect with others, or find a helping hand, you’ll find it here.

  • Join us on Saturday morning for our Let’s Get Social playgroup, designed for toddlers ages 1–4 and their parents! This fun, interactive program encourages active play while giving little ones a chance to make new friends and explore their community. Parents or guardians are required to attend with their child, and registration is available on a week-to-week basis. The program is free of charge, and a healthy snack is provided for toddlers. Come play, connect, and grow together!

  • Join us at the St. Eleanors Lions Club on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10–11 AM for Seniors Chair Yoga! This gentle, accessible class is designed to help seniors improve flexibility, strength, and balance—all from the comfort of a chair. The program is free of charge, and all levels are welcome. Take time to move, relax, and connect with others in a welcoming community setting.

  • Project Backpack helps support youth and their families by providing weekly backpack deliveries to their doorsteps that contain nutritious food, family activities, gift cards and other items that can provide stability when it’s needed most.
